I don't get much muscle pain but I was really curious about this product. I like it so far, but I'll probably have a better opinion after my hiking trip this weekend. |

I bought the small one to see if it was helpful. Arnica alone is a pretty good pain reliever but with the added ingredients I can verify that this shit works really well. |
